Lupe Sina has found a new home and it’s in a TREE!
With a feel and uniqueness of something out of a Swiss Family Robinson film, the tree top fales will be built into the branches of the various trees surrounding a 300 year old Banyan Tree. It will be located off of Cross Island Road at Tiavi Height At least six, luxury tree top fales will be built. Each will have its own staircase with landings, ladders, and elevated walk ways, and each will have a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and countryside. The tree fales will have a Samoan feel, with thatch roofs and window coverings. The interior design and décor will appeal to the mid to high price range clients, but will be priced to attract the most discerning traveler. Each tree fale will have a queen sized bed and mattress, table and chairs, art work, rugs, closets and on-suite. Each will be as different as the tree we are building it in is.
For those who think living in a tree is for the birds, two fully enclosed, ground, on-suite fales will be built.
At the base of the banyan tree, a large restaurant and bar will be built. Private dining will be provided at various levels of the great tree. The full menu will host a wide variety of delicious, traditional Samoan fare.
A wide array of activities and amenities are also planned. Stay tuned for updates and details about our grand opening.
